Ok everyone here is one of my favorite summertime snacks, and will be great for football season!! It is basically all veggies, and low fat!
-1 Avocado
-1 cup cooked peas
-1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
-2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
-1 tbsp chopped red onion
-1 tbsp fresh parsley
-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
-1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
-1 tsp garlic salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-3/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with an immersion blender, or in a blender until smooth.
This is a very easy, yummy recipe. And you can eat lots without feeling guilty! Good Sunday night football treat!
